Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, healthcare, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the international healthcare sector, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and forging key relationships
  • Established network and relationships within the international healthcare sector, including with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of pharma industry trends, regulations, and initiatives
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making within government organizations
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development initiatives, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic pharma industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the adoption of Hippocratic AI solutions within the international healthcare sector
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including MOH leaders, senior hospital executives, IT, physicians, and nurses, to identify partnership opportunities and drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Hippocratic AI's offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of the international healthcare sector, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with client partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties
  • Stay informed about international healthcare trends, regulations, and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
  • Represent Hippocratic AI at international healthcare conferences, meetings, and events, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for our company and products

Preferred Qualifications
