Business Development Executive

Summary

The job is for a Business Development Executive in a technology and innovation firm based in Singapore. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the IT, semiconductor, or consulting services industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to acquire new business through direct sales techniques
• Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to closure
• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
• Work with clients, to attend to inquiries
• Provide strategies and market direction for client’s projects
• Assist in growing the client's brand and company
• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed
• Effectively communicate the value proposition, company vision, product and service
• Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting
• Manage client’s project

Preferred Qualifications

• A candidate with a background or Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering is a plus
• A candidate with a background in Business is a plus
