Summary

xLongevity is seeking a Business Development Executive with 7-10 years of experience in the European healthcare or wellness sectors to expand their presence across Europe. This role involves market expansion, relationship building, strategic planning, solution development, industry insight, presentations & proposals, negotiations, reporting, networking, and travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or specialized training in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in business development within the European healthcare or wellness sectors, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and another major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across Europe within the healthcare and wellness sectors
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the European healthcare and wellness industries
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the European market
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with xLongevity’s internal teams to craft customized solutions that align with the specific needs of European clients
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the European healthcare and wellness sectors
  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the benefits of xLongevity’s services and solutions to potential clients
  • Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial and align with xLongevity’s business objectives
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities, revenue progress, and market trends specific to Europe
  • Networking: Represent xLongevity at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across Europe to increase brand visibility and expand the client base

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in business development within Asia is advantageous but not required
