Summary

Join Notabene, a remote-first, globally distributed reg-tech company, as a Business Development Executive. You will drive revenue and market share by prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value enterprise clients in a defined territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and requires strong communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to create compelling value propositions and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in technology-related enterprise SaaS sales within the crypto or virtual asset management industry, with a proven track record of success selling complex solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience (5+ years) technology-related enterprise SaaS sales or business development experience in crypto or virtual asset management
  • Experience selling to C-Suite, product management, and/or compliance teams
  • Direct field experience working with enterprise accounts in FinTech or RegTech
  • You are a quick learner and able to keep pace with the ever changing regulatory landscape within crypto
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to engage stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
  • You have a track record of success selling complex solutions and exceeding expectations
  • You are committed to continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory with varied customer types
  • Own the sales process, including: sourcing, initial discovery, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, target customers, and changes as they relate to your territory
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client proposals and technical demonstrations
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Notabene products and services
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Participate in user conferences and industry events on behalf of Notabene and our partners
  • Travel, as required
