Join IntelliPro as a Business Development Executive, focusing on Antibody CRO services and protein/antibody shelf products. This remote position, based in Boston, offers a competitive salary ($70,000-$90,000 annually). You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, generate new market opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include sales activities, marketing promotion, and representing the company at industry events. Fluency in Mandarin is required, and up to 50% travel is expected.
Requirements
- A bachelorβs degree or higher in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology or Pharmacology
- Intern experience in biopharmaceuticals/biotechnology industries, or in Antibody CRO with a biological drug-related project or biological reagents sales experience in the US market
- A positive attitude with the drive and work ethic to meet targets; the enthusiasm and ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent Mandarin is required
- Up to 50% travel
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute company objectives and strategic plans to achieve overall sales targets by focusing on Antibody CRO service & Protein/Antibody shelf products across the designated territory
- Generate new market opportunities and growing sales of prospective customers and build up/manage in-depth and long-term relationships with existing customers
- Promote and drive sales of the Antibody CRO service & Protein/Antibody shelf product portfolio to increase market share and meet business target
- Conduct sales and business development activities, including but not limited to service quotations, tender preparation, business negotiation/proposal, order signing, delivery, invoicing, payment collection
- Assist in the marketing promotion activities of company services and products and represent the company at various industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required
- Regular report on progress and action plans for accounts and sales forecast through meetings or other means
