Business Development Executive

Summary

Join Intelligent Staffing as a REMOTE Business Development Executive! This 100% commission-based role, open to East Coast US and Canadian residents, requires at least two years of staffing industry sales experience. You'll be responsible for developing new business, managing accounts, and filling job requisitions. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales skills, is highly organized, and proficient in ATS and Microsoft Office Suite. This is a hunter role, not account management, offering top commissions, bonuses, and the chance to build a lucrative career. The position is 1099 and remote.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of staffing agency hiring experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have proficiency with an ATS
• Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new business accounts
• Complete posting, sourcing, and screening activities to fill open job requisitions
• Create talent pipelines for future job openings and your clients
• Manage existing candidate pools and work with recruitment staff for contract assignments and direct placements
• Maintain your clients and candidate profiles in the company ATS, ensuring timely and accurate processing of job requisitions and submittals

Preferred Qualifications

• You have strong sales experience, especially the ability to build a territory/portfolio and manage a book of existing and current clients
• You are trainable and coach-able and know you can achieve a six-figure income
