Requirements
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Skilled in understanding and addressing client needs within technology-driven organizations
- Ability to convert leads into long-term clients while delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in sales techniques and managing complex negotiations
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage pipelines and optimize performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of closing deals and securing commitments from potential clients in the Fintech and Regtech domains
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing, to understand client requirements and align on strategies
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer
- Employ effective sales and negotiation strategies to address objections and finalize agreements
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fintech or Regtech industries, particularly in selling compliance-related solutions
- Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks, such as GDPR, KYC, and AML
- Familiarity with software development processes and technical concepts to address client needs effectively
