Requirements

  • Proven midmarket/enterprise sales leadership experience
  • Strong track record of building successful teams
  • Deep understanding of technology consulting business
  • Experience with complex solution sales
  • Strategic thinking and business planning skills
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective go-to-market strategies
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges, adapt to changes, and consistently deliver on targets

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic sales initiatives across target markets
  • Develop and optimize sales methodologies
  • Build and manage high-performing teams
  • Own key strategic relationships and deals
  • Create alignment between sales and delivery capabilities
  • Work closely with internal Business Units to align on sales strategies
  • Support Business Units in identifying opportunities for service expansion
  • Ensure the growth and development of direct reports by providing guidance, mentorship and support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in software development/IT consulting
  • Experience in target industries
  • International team management experience
  • Transformation project experience
  • Strong network in target markets
  • Additional language skills relevant to target markets (German, Swedish, Norwegian, etc.)
