Summary

You will help businesses navigate KYC due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, open accounts, analyze financial documents, and complete ad-hoc tasks. This role requires at least one year of FinTech experience and a deep understanding of AML/KYC procedures. Excellent organizational skills and accuracy are essential. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a FinTech industry
  • Deep understanding of AML/KYC procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work
  • We expect you to undertake work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Russian

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of correspondence with banks
  • Help businesses to pass banksโ€™ KYC Due Diligence successfully
  • Ensure the documents prepared and information provided to the banks in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to assigned areas of business
  • Open C2B and B2B accounts in the banks and EMIs under business needs
  • Work with financial documents and analyse risk areas to enhance controls and document procedures
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks given by Team Lead and within agreed timescales

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in correspondence with banks and EMI's is a plus
  • A solution for non-standard cases thinking
  • A university degree in Law, Economics, Management or related field is a plus
  • Desire to get a new knowledge and experience in the FinTech, Banking fields
  • Familiarity with industry-specific practices (psp, acquiring, payment gateway) is a plus
