Requirements
- At least 4 years of sales experience in digital media in DACH market
- Have a strong desire and enthusiasm for sales
- Established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers
- Understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, online marketing KPIs and industry trends
- Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from client interactions and data trends
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
Responsibilities
- Work with Direct advertisers, performance agencies and Media agencies
- Communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, closing deals independently
- Accurately forecast new business and revenue growth
- Work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives and manage client expectations
- Develop media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts
- Report updates, feedback, and forecasts, consistently meeting revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of activities using HubSpot
- Sell to media agencies, brands, ecommerce advertisers, and product owners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech
- Quick learner with excellent technical skills for campaign implementation and optimization
