This position involves driving new business, building a portfolio of high-value clients, and establishing yourself as a thought leader in the industry. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and will work closely with internal teams to optimize the company's value proposition.

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the construction industry, showcasing your ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong technical understanding and familiarity with our product portfolio, enabling you to effectively communicate its value to customers
  • Committed to continuous self-improvement and process optimization, actively seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of our team
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, backed by engaging presentations that captivate and persuade potential clients
  • Willingness to travel to conduct on-site visits with customers, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs firsthand
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Driving New Business : Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the UK construction market. Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Portfolio Building : Develop a strategic approach to building and growing a portfolio of high-value clients within the construction space by leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
  • Bringen a Hunter Mindset : Lead with a hunter mentality, consistently seeking out new opportunities and establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the industry
  • Executing Sales Strategies : Implement and adapt company sales strategies to the regional market, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and strong long-term client relationships
  • Managing Pipelines : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting tactics as necessary to improve sales results
  • Influencing the Market : Establish yourself as a thought leader in the construction and energy sectors, engaging with key stakeholders, attending industry events, and staying ahead of market trends
  • Collaborating & Reporting : Provide regular updates on market insights, customer feedback, and sales performance, working closely with internal teams to optimize our value proposition
