Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the US staffing industry
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly within the implementation partner ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new leads and secure clients
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with implementation partners
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing solutions that meet client needs
  • Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills, effectively closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and open lines of communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of non-IT consulting and services is highly desirable
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
