Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing agency
• Solid understanding of the digital agency space and knowledge of consultative selling
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships
• High attention to detail and ability to follow up with potential clients in a timely manner
• Comfort in approaching and engaging with people at industry events

Responsibilities

• Process inbound leads and conduct sales calls
• Prepare tailored proposals for potential clients
• Proactively identify and pursue outbound sales opportunities through industry research, direct outreach, or by leveraging external support
• Establish contact with relevant parties to generate new business
• Create and manage contracts for new clients
• Attend industry events to promote and sell our services, building a network for future opportunities

• $3,000 - $3,500 per month + performance bonus
