- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience managing B2B BDR teams

- Successfully collaborate on marketing campaigns, field events, and stretch pipeline goals
- Optimize business efficiency and accelerate ramp time to productivity
- Ensure your team has a comprehensive understanding of Myriad360 solutions and services
- Attract, hire, develop, and retain exceptional BDR talent
- Execute on a career path to transition high-performing BDRs into Account Executive roles
