Business Development Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Business Development Manager and drive growth by reaching out to potential Health Plans, Employers, and other relevant entities. As an individual contributor, you will be essential in identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and assisting the Sales team with closing deals when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Track record of 5+ years in HealthTech or healthcare sales, client services, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and analytical skills to understand target markets and identify leads
• Goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Sales software like Salesforce and HubSpot
• Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Set up introductory meetings and demos between qualified leads and the sales team
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
• Engage with relevant stakeholders within Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Health Plans, Employer groups and other related entities
• Maintain accurate records of lead information and interactions in Papa’s CRM
• Collaborate closely with Papa’s New Business Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams
