Summary

As an individual contributor, you will be essential in identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and assisting the Sales team with closing deals when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Track record of 5+ years in HealthTech or healthcare sales, client services, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills to understand target markets and identify leads
  • Goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Sales software like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Set up introductory meetings and demos between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders within Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Health Plans, Employer groups and other related entities
  • Maintain accurate records of lead information and interactions in Papa’s CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Papa’s New Business Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams
