Summary
Join Plain Concepts as a Business Development Manager and drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You will strategize and execute plans to expand our clientele, ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, collaborating with the technical team, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, representing Plain Concepts at industry events, and working with the marketing team. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the technology sector, strong communication skills, and excellent negotiation abilities. Requirements
- A proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, preferably in the technology sector
- Strong understanding of tech services and solutions with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and team members
- Demonstrable experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Excellent negotiation skills with a results-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities while leveraging current client relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients across various industries
- Collaborate with our technical team to design customized solutions that meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and client preferences
- Represent Plain Concepts at industry conferences and events to promote our services and network with potential clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to create awareness and generate demand for our offerings
