Summary

Requirements

  • Expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
  • At least 8 years of experience within the Indonesia region in field sales or Business Development
  • Experience in sales is a must
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Capability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using a CRM (for instance: Sales Force, Hubspot, MS Dynamics)
  • Extensive contacts in the information security and/or security operations fields
  • Hands-on experience in providing information security services
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks to successful completion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization
  • Fluency in English is a must

Responsibilities

  • Manage customers assigned to him/her
  • Find new customers and maintain existing ones
  • Perform actions to expand the customer portfolio
  • Create first contact with potential customers and partners
  • Follow-up on a regular basis to turn leads into opportunities
  • Understand the product to explain it to potential customers and partners
  • Perform company presentations in all potential customer/partner first meetings
  • Evaluate the satisfaction of customers during POC and discuss commercials with customer/partner
  • Prepare the Quotes and similar documents needed in the sales process
  • Keep up with the new updates of the product and explain them to partners
  • Coordinate with the other teams about the needs and requirements of channel partners and customers
  • Coordinate with SE's and CSM teams to ensure customers and partners have the right technical support
  • Prepare lists of potential customers (for cold mailing)
  • Prepare strategic planning to achieve yearly targets
  • Update CRM information and documents in common spaces
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Submit relevant requests to the SOCRadar Marketing team for partner's necessary marketing activities and follow up the process
