- Prior management experience leading a Business\Sales Development team at a fast-growing SaaS B2B company
- Metrics-driven, with an analytical approach to solving business problems and coaching sales reps
- Proven track record of delivering on sales pipeline targets
- Proven ability to make solid connections and overcome rejection and temporary setbacks to achieve results

Responsibilities
- Recruit, Manage, onboard, and continually coach a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Set up and run process to optimize inbound lead qualifications and drive outbound prospecting efforts to build qualified leads
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal business teams, marketing, and sales teams
- Provide consistent visibility and insights into sales development activities, hand-off, dispositions, and outcomes by region, team, and individual
- Implement, improve and standardize key sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth
