As a Business Development Partner, you will play a key role in expanding our partner network across the Asia-Pacific region. You will work closely with internal and external teams to identify and secure new partnerships, leveraging multi-channel communication strategies. This role requires 3+ years of business development experience, a strong understanding of the partnership landscape, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a business development role
  • Have experience in speaking with C-suite stakeholders at large corporations
  • Have a data-centric and operational mindset
  • Have a strong understanding of the partnership landscape - technology, professional services and venture - and are well-connected
  • Have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that open up partnership opportunities
  • Be adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Be an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows
  • Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-glove with Partner Operations, Partner Leadership and Regional Partner Managers to build a list of target accounts across APAC
  • Leverage multi-channel communications and multi-threading tactics to improve win rates
  • Prospect C-suite stakeholders to open doors and increase pipeline velocity
  • Sign new partnerships and activate & onboard those partnerships quickly
  • Partner closely with key internal Deel stakeholders - sales, product, marketing, product team, c-suite - to drive partner growth
  • Use various technologies to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of outbound efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of another Asian language (Mandarin) will be advantageous
