Summary

Join Rescale's Partnerships team as a Senior Partner Development Manager and lead the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for leading modeling and simulation Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). You will build and manage relationships with ISVs, driving mutual customer adoption of their solutions on Rescale's cloud platform. This role requires developing scalable GTM motions, converting partner activities into sales pipeline generation, and operationalizing the ISV partner ecosystem within Rescale. Success in this position demands strong business acumen, technical understanding, and exceptional collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-tech partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 7+ years of high-tech partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales experience
  • Develops an exceptional business-level understanding of highly technical products
  • Drives a high volume of field-level partner GTM activities with follow-through
  • Creates measurable sales pipeline opportunities from partner GTM activities
  • Qualifies partnership opportunities quickly and ruthlessly prioritizes
  • Creatively experiments and iterates with strategies
  • Collaborates effectively across all functions (technical, GTM, G&A, executive)
  • Creates and presents compelling messaging and content

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop GTM-focused partnerships focusing on leading modeling and simulation ISVs
  • Develop strategies and GTM motions that scale partner development outcomes with the larger universe of boutique ISVs and new categories, such as the AI ISVs emerging to serve R&D professionals
  • Convert partner activities directly into sales pipeline generation and co-marketing opportunities
  • Operationalize the ISV partner ecosystem within Rescale by ensuring our Rescaleโ€™s engineering and field operations teams have critical resources, such as ISV licenses and partner enablement materials
  • Manage other ad hoc initiatives that develop the Rescale partner ecosystem
