Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Direct clients (Fortune clients and Mid-cap ) / MSPs (IT and non-IT, which includes but is not limited to healthcare)
  • Identify potential clients and market trends through thorough research
  • Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform strategies
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
  • Act as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to prepare tailored staffing proposals
  • Present staffing solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client requirements
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that support business development efforts
  • Track and report on business development metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data
