Summary

Join Wing, a Google company, as a Senior Business Development Manager for Strategic Partnerships, working remotely in the US. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account or strategic partnerships management within last-mile logistics, retail, restaurants, tech, and/or healthcare
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing enterprise accounts and executive relationships in a high-growth, tech-forward environment
  • Experience developing and executing account strategies that drive revenue growth and deepen partner engagement
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technical, finance, and legal teams to ensure partner success
  • A deep understanding of partner operations and the ability to identify and articulate how Wing’s solutions create tangible value
  • You are multifaceted and entrepreneurially minded, action-oriented, optimistic/resilient, a collaborator/consensus builder and first-principled problem solver, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity & risk with sound judgment with imperfect information

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across the retail, restaurant, healthcare, real estate, and tech verticals
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive expansion, retention, and increased value for Wing within existing partnerships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for executive-level stakeholders within your assigned accounts, understanding their evolving needs and aligning Wing's solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell of Wing's services by understanding partner operations, strategic objectives, and pain points
  • Collaborate closely with internal Wing stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, successful service delivery, and continued partner satisfaction
  • Working with technical teams (hardware and software) to ensure partner feedback is captured and used to further improve services
  • Partnering with the Operations team to ensure Wing is achieving partner commitments and delivering the desired experience day-to-day
  • Liaising with Legal and Finance teams on contract renewals, amendments, and commercial terms
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks within accounts, ensuring long-term health and profitability of partnerships
  • Contribute to refining our account management strategy and service offerings based on partner learnings and market feedback
