Summary

Join Twin Group as a Business Development Officer and play a key role in driving strategic growth. You will manage key client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and expand partnerships to grow the apprenticeship portfolio. Accountability for divisional business development performance is key. This role demands strategic thinking, business development skills, and a deep understanding of the apprenticeship landscape. You will meet KPIs, identify new opportunities, conduct market research, lead proposal development, and build senior-level relationships. Provide advice to employers on the Apprenticeship Levy and funding reforms, and develop training plans tailored to employer requirements.

Requirements

  • Delivering Apprenticeship standards
  • Experience and knowledge of training and/or assessment delivery
  • Experience in the delivery of Digital Skills, Math and English
  • Experience and knowledge of Government Funding streams
  • Knowledge of funding opportunities and partnerships available within the sector
  • Proven track record of ability to propose, build and deliver new business streams
  • Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Meet KPI’s in line with strategic sales goals
  • Identify new opportunities and expand existing partnerships whilst maintaining and growing key client relationships
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
  • Lead proposal development and contribute to revenue generation
  • Generate a pipeline of opportunities and build senior-level relationships
  • Provide advice and support to employers on the Apprenticeship Levy and funding reforms
  • Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis and develop training plans tailored to employer requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • D32/33/A1 or equivalent
  • L3 AET or equivalent
