Requirements

• Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, preferably focused on the North Asian market
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese or Korean or Mandarin language
• Be familiar with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
• Have strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform strategies
• Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
• Be able to build rapport quickly and effectively manage relationships with clients
