Join MORE Staffing as a Recruitment Specialist and play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process for US clients. You will independently engage with clients, build strong relationships, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador. Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and contribute to continuous improvement. This remote position based in the Philippines requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with US client exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably with exposure to US-based clients
• Strong understanding of the US job market, industry trends, and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms
• Flexibility to work following US time zones when needed

Responsibilities

• Independently engage with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and strategic objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely updates
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the selection process
• Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Proactively identify and attract high-caliber virtual professionals across various industries and roles
• Leverage online platforms, networks, and industry events to build a robust talent pipeline
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate preferences
• Provide expertise and guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating MORE Staffing's values and commitment to excellence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database
• Generate reports and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
