Summary
Join MORE Staffing as a Recruitment Specialist and play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process for US clients. You will independently engage with clients, build strong relationships, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, attracting top talent, working with hiring managers, and providing expertise on market trends. You will ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador. Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and contribute to continuous improvement. This remote position based in the Philippines requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with US client exposure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably with exposure to US-based clients
- Strong understanding of the US job market, industry trends, and recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms
- Flexibility to work following US time zones when needed
Responsibilities
- Independently engage with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and strategic objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely updates
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the selection process
- Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Proactively identify and attract high-caliber virtual professionals across various industries and roles
- Leverage online platforms, networks, and industry events to build a robust talent pipeline
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate preferences
- Provide expertise and guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating MORE Staffing's values and commitment to excellence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database
- Generate reports and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
