Requirements

  • Have experience in managed transportation services
  • Align with the organization's values, demonstrate integrity, and be a trustworthy team player who represents the company well
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in managed transportation sales or freight brokerage sales
  • Have proven experience in selling managed transportation services
  • Be able to discuss specific sales metrics, quotas, and performance, with evidence of career progression and measurable growth
  • Have experience engaging and communicating with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Be comfortable transitioning leads to other team members for specialized solutions while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Be able to work remotely while traveling occasionally for sales meetings, training, and trade shows

Responsibilities

  • Discuss specific sales metrics, quotas, and performance, with evidence of career progression and measurable growth
  • Transition leads to other team members for specialized solutions while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Work remotely while traveling occasionally for sales meetings, training, and trade shows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in Freight brokerage or selling logistics services
  • Have familiarity with import/export operations, particularly container shipments
  • Reside east of the Rockies, with preference for candidates in states like Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania
