Summary

As the first point of contact for potential and active customers, you will generate new sales leads, strategize with sales leaders, perform outbound calls, research leads, schedule demos, partner with sales directors, meet targets, and manage activities in Salesforce. This role requires at least one year of professional experience, excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and adherence to company policies. Requirements

  • Adaptable, personable, persistent
  • At least 1 year of professional experience, although prior sales and/or BDR experience is a plus
  • Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through calls and emails to qualify prospects
  • Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
  • Perform 60+ outbound calls/ day or equivalent talk time
  • Research prospective leads by identifying key champions and decision makers
  • Schedule qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales
  • Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
