Summary

Join Bitso as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be the first point of contact for inbound leads generated through digital marketing. Requirements

  • Have two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Possess strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Demonstrate a proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls, chats and respond to contact forms to qualify relevant prospects that could benefit from Bitso’s many digital intelligence solutions
  • Find relevant insights and data to share with prospects that showcase the true value that Bitso would bring to their strategy
  • Share these insights either verbally, or through email
  • Fill the sales pipeline, by creating a set number of meetings between prospects and sales managers
  • Partner with our marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaigns that show the value of our insights to our registered user base
  • Use LinkedIn, CRM, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence to improve processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience
  • Have experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Possess proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
  • Have a strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
