You will be responsible for high-volume, high-quality prospecting, email sequences, cold calls, and introductory meetings. You will own the first impression with potential partners, building authentic relationships and turning curiosity into booked meetings. Your ability to clearly explain value and tailor it to each vertical is crucial. This role requires demonstrated consultative sales expertise, strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, confident communication, adaptability, and authenticity. Experience in the travel, tourism, or venue/events sector is highly advantageous.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated consultative sales expertise: You have 2-4 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven ability to uncover client needs, tailor solutions, and build long-term relationships through a consultative approach
  • Strong interpersonal presence: You are warm, engaging, and articulate, able to establish trust and rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver: You navigate complex conversations with ease, think on your feet, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Confident communicator: You excel in live outreach, particularly via cold calls, and are energized by real-time engagement with prospective clients
  • Quick to learn and adapt: You absorb new information efficiently and can communicate key concepts with clarity and conviction
  • Authentic and engaging: Your communication style is genuine and personalized, fostering meaningful conversations that spark interest and engagement
