Summary

Join Mogli Technologies as a Lead Generation Representative and contribute to the growth of our Salesforce application for SMS and WhatsApp communications. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying target accounts, conducting discovery calls, and setting meetings for Account Managers. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in using prospecting tools, and experience with Salesforce and Hubspot. You will maintain accurate records, track KPIs, and provide weekly reports. The position offers a flexible work schedule, remote work within the US, and a competitive salary with OTE potential. Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a BDR, SDR or similar lead generation role preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience leveraging prospecting tools and systems (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Qualified)
  • Proven experience qualifying leads and spotting real potential
  • Naturally curious and excited to learn about new products and industries
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships from scratch
  • Organized, persistent, and energized by hitting goals
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technologies
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy but loves being part of a team
  • Extremely comfortable making cold calls, engaging in on-camera discover calls in a professional and courteous manner

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Qualification
  • Identify and research target accounts within Mogli’s markets utilizing prospecting tools and techniques (ZoomInfo, Qualified, Sales Navigator) to build pipeline
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through cold emails, cold calls, and other channels to introduce Mogli’s solutions and assess interest
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges and pain points aligning with Mogli’s offerings
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, systems and processes
  • Set qualified meetings for Account Managers and support opportunity realization through detailed prep notes
  • Communication & Collaboration
  • Craft personalized, timely and compelling outreach messages to engage target audiences
  • Articulate Mogli’s value proposition clearly and confidently
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation via systems, tools and campaigns
  • Partner directly with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and provide insights from discovery calls
  • Keep prospect data and lists in Salesforce and Hubspot clean and up to date with relevant data, activity, and next steps
  • CRM Management and Hygiene
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all activities and prospect engagement in Salesforce
  • Track and monitor KPIs related to outbound activity, lead conversions and pipeline growth
  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation, activities and qualification efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem (ISV, etc) is highly preferred
