Requirements

  • Sales Prospecting Expertise: You have a good track record in identifying, researching, and qualifying leads through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, industry databases and all the ones that make you stand out
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable with fast-paced environments, handling rejection, and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing trust and long-term connections with prospects and stakeholders
  • Creative: Creative problem-solving and effective in opening doors that seemed closed
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear, accessible and persuasive verbal and written communication to engage prospects effectively. Great command of English

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new potential leads, including contact information, sourcing, definition and implementation of B2B outbound campaigns
  • Engage with prospective clients through the channels you find most promising and effective to build meaningful connections
  • Qualify and nurture leads to a level where you can pass them smoothly on to a Business Development Manager in (y)our team
  • Track your progress in a way that is easy to follow and makes pure reporting meetings largely superfluous
  • Help grow our understanding of our clients’ pains and wishes, leveraging these learnings to help our product and communications teams continuously transform and strengthen our offerings
  • Participation in conferences and events (travel up to 20% of the time)
  • Demonstrating a genuine commitment to building expertise and helping our prospective clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Natural Supporter: You love people, empathize and listen naturally
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of climate change related frameworks like Net Zero, SBTi, climate neutrality, the GHG protocol, etc
  • HubSpot Power User: Expert-level capabilities with HubSpot to track and manage pipelines efficiently
  • Flexible Hours: You are willing to work at sometimes odd hours to make business on both sides of the Atlantic happen
