Summary

Join Chronos, a global Lifecycle Marketing Agency, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be at the forefront of our growth. Your mission is to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients, setting the stage for meaningful partnerships. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams, leveraging your eCommerce marketing knowledge to connect with prospects and build trust. Once a prospect is engaged, you will hand them off to Account Executives. This is a remote position based in the US, offering accelerated growth, comprehensive training, and an innovative culture. The role requires strong communication and prospecting skills, along with experience in business development or sales within a marketing or SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally in a marketing or SaaS environment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with marketing strategies, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven. You thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented environment and take pride in turning leads into meaningful opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage high-potential clients through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Personalized Engagement: Tailor your messaging based on prospect research, ensuring each outreach resonates with their specific pain points and growth goals
  • Pipeline Building: Consistently meet or exceed discovery call targets by maintaining a steady flow of qualified prospects for our Account Executives
  • Value Education: Clearly communicate the benefits of lifecycle marketing strategies—Email, SMS, and Push to inspire potential clients to take the next step
  • Follow-Through & Organization: Manage structured outreach sequences, keep CRM records current, and maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends in DTC marketing, adjusting your outreach approach as the landscape evolves
