Join Coconut Software as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to our rapid growth! Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a SaaS Sales development role
  • Curious and driven with a strong desire to learn, grow, and exceed targets
  • Experience selling across multiple channels, including phone, email, social, and in-person
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo
  • Industry exposure in an outbound sales and/or new business development

Responsibilities

  • Meet quota requirements for booked meetings and qualified opportunities
  • Book meetings with key decision-makers to drive pipeline growth
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and multi-threading
  • Drive meaningful conversations by being a pro on the phone and confidently handling objections
  • Initiate the sales process through multiple touchpoints, including cold calling, email, and social media
  • Proactively self-source new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target high-potential accounts
