Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and grow our client base by engaging new prospects and generating quoting opportunities. You will target small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), focusing on those seeking supply chain resilience or new product development partners. Your proactive approach will involve identifying and engaging SMEs, leveraging personalized outreach, and collaborating with the SDR team. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline and securing clients for both our Chinese and Thai facilities. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting personalized outreach messages and engaging with decision-makers
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools
- Ability to research industries, identify key prospects, and analyze market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs
- Strong organizational skills to manage outreach sequences, follow-ups, and lead nurturing campaigns effectively
- Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights
- Flexibility to adjust outreach strategies based on performance metrics and changing business needs
- At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage SMEs in industries aligned with the clientβs manufacturing capabilities
- Leverage personalized outreach channels, including cold emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn
- Strengthen credibility through compelling content and case studies
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to scale outreach efforts
- Generate 2-3 quoting opportunities per month through outbound efforts
- Track email open rates, response rates, and LinkedIn connection success
- Build a robust pipeline with a balanced distribution of prospects for both the Chinese and Thai facilities
- Develop and finalize case studies and content to support outreach efforts
- Collaborate with the SDR team to scale outreach capacity
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize sales tactics for improved results
Preferred Qualifications
Background in sales within consumer goods and consumer electronics industries
