Business Development Representative

Summary

Join DoiT, a global technology company, as a Business Development Representative and generate new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting potential customers. You will build internal relationships with sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams, utilizing multi-channel campaigns and events to discover and qualify leads. This remote role, based in EST or CST time zones, requires attaining daily metrics, qualifying leads, staying current on product information, and communicating value propositions. You will also share ideas, provide team support, and may require some travel. DoiT offers a flexible work environment with various benefits.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a business development role
• Highly collaborative and organized
• Demonstrates a history of achieving and reaching for results
• Models Problem-Solving and resolution proficiency
• Exhibits ability to manage customer and employee relationships
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated person who is positive, all-inclusive, and dependable
• Detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible in an evolving team environment
• Ability to learn quickly and excited by growth

Responsibilities

• Attain daily metrics: identify prospects, outreach via email/phone/social media platforms, reach decision-makers and identify new opportunities
• Qualify and advance leads with consideration and accuracy
• Stay current with the latest offering/product/service information
• Clearly understand and communicate our compelling value propositions
• Share ideas and feedback with the team to help cultivate/maintain an inclusive and collaborative environment
• Provide enthusiasm and support to help the team scale and improve processes
• Some travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud‑native, or developer‑focused products
• Speaking Spanish and/or Portuguese
