Summary
Join Dun & Bradstreet's Inside Sales team and contribute to revenue growth by selling products and services to new and existing clients remotely. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding accounts through renewal management, cross-selling, and upselling. You will make outbound calls to qualify prospects, collaborate with sales partners, and hunt for new accounts. Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales/sales support/client service/account management experience
- Strong communication skills who can utilize their relationship skills to partner closely with customers and co-workers alike
- Strong knowledge of current Dun & Bradstreet solutions
- Creative and innovative thinker who can look outside of the box to demonstrate continued value from the relationship and maintain customer loyalty
- Strong execution skills—can get work done efficiently and effectively without direct supervision
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines
- Proven track record of successful performance in a busy work environment

Responsibilities
- Complete the required number of outbound calls on a daily basis to qualify prospects and schedule appointments for your dedicated Sales Reps to close
- Collaborate with sales partners to identify accounts and prospects that have a propensity to buy, then act on this information using the resources at hand
- Hunt new prospective accounts and contacts to qualify a lead through the earliest stages of the sales cycle process
- Ask questions to uncover a customer’s need, authority, urgency, and ability to purchase and position D&B’s value against those needs
- Actively manage time with an emphasis on daily prospecting, activities, and learning & development
