Summary

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an Outbound BDR
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge in creating prospecting email copies (will be tested/evaluated)
- Practical knowledge of Outbound Prospecting Techniques, Pipeline, and Prospecting Funnel (will be tested/evaluated)
- Familiarity with sales and sales engagement CRMs (MixMax, Ramper, Reev)
Responsibilities
- Map and prospect new opportunities
- Maintain a high level of delivery in prospecting, nurturing, and lead management activities through calls and emails
- Identify and genuinely listen to the potential client, understanding their main pain points and needs, generating business interest
- Occasional participation in events to generate new business opportunities
- Work with personalized prospecting cadence
- Create prospecting templates
- Nurture the Salesforce tool to generate sales opportunities and keep the system updated
- Organize the pipeline within Salesforce, having a vision of its metrics, objectives, and activities
- Participate and help the team with critical vision and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate related to Pre-sales
- Knowledge of the benefits market
