Requirements

  • 6-12+ months or equivalent sales, recruiting or similar experience
  • A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals with a competitive personality (sports or competitive activities in school is a plus!)
  • Be a highly strategic thinker and problem solver with a desire to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An outgoing personality that is not afraid to use the phones to prospect or talk to executive leadership (internally or externally)

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with our CRO and Account Executives to identify and source meetings that lead to pipeline and closed revenue
  • Prospect across your target accounts, with a keen eye on strategically prioritizing your time to drive the highest outcomes
  • Become a market expert – researching and understanding our target industries and personas, and what makes them tick
  • Build a point of view on how to help customers with their needs and the right qualifying questions to ask
  • Support pipeline growth by attending trade shows and helping capture demand at our booth
