Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will generate high-quality sales opportunities for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) by proactively engaging with target accounts. You will expertly guide leads through the initial sales stages, booking meetings through various channels, and conducting market research to identify new customers. This role requires experience in a BDR/SDR role, exceeding quotas, and selling into Chinese markets. Fluency in Mandarin is essential. Requirements

• Experience in a BDR/SDR role, with an excellent track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
• Someone who can prospect and qualify new opportunities with ease
• A consultative, strategic and analytical approach to the role
• An interpersonal and fluid communication style, able to naturally engage, influence, and persuade
• Must have experience of selling into Chinese markets with particular experience with enterprise businesses
• Must be able to speak mandarin fluently

Responsibilities

• Generate high quality sales opportunities for our BDM's, within a specific set of target accounts through proactive outbound business development activities
• Expertly guide leads through the initial stages of the sales process
• Booking outbound meetings using a multi-channel approach such as cold calls, emails, social outreach and video prospecting
• Conduct market research to identify potential new customers
• Creatively finding ways that engages with our ICP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience solution selling complex technical products (payments is highly desirable but not essential)
