Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-focused or sales-related role within a high-growth environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running in prospecting, managing, and qualifying leads
- A passion for developing and fostering relationships, enjoying meaningful interpersonal interactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail
- An overachiever who never quits, never takes no for an answer, and consistently succeeds in all endeavors
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with the ability to wear multiple hats and take on various roles as needed
Responsibilities
- Product Mastery: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry events
- Sales Tools Utilization: Utilize our CRM and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft outbound messaging, and share results with the larger sales team
- Collaborative Transition: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
- Initiate Conversations: Engage with key decision-makers at target companies to initiate sales conversations
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline throughout the quarters to ensure coverage is there to attain goals / KPIs
- Market Knowledge: Learn and stay updated on Flex, industry trends, and competition to maintain in-depth knowledge
- Growth Contribution: Be part of a fast-growing, VC-backed FinTech company as one of the first 50 employees, making a meaningful contribution to our success
