Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or membership-based environment
  • Strong outbound sales experience, including email, LinkedIn, Facebook outreach, text, and phone communication
  • Ability to manage inbound leads and develop an outreach strategy independently
  • Experience with CRM tools, automation workflows, and lead management systems
  • Self-starter with critical thinking skills and a strategic mindset for business growth
  • Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills
  • Experience in organizing webinars and converting attendees into paying members
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach and meet ambitious growth targets

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, text, LinkedIn, and calls to generate leads and convert them into members
  • Manage inbound inquiries and handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
  • Strategize and execute outreach campaigns to engage potential members through webinars and networking
  • Organize and follow up on calls with prospects, ensuring a seamless sales process
  • Gain trust and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools and automation workflows
  • Discuss and refine sales strategies daily to optimize outreach efforts
  • Support the company's public launch by accelerating membership growth
  • Work towards achieving 1,000 members by the end of 2025, leveraging a database of 10,000 to 40,000 contacts
  • Assist in securing guest passes for major industry events to attract new members
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, taking ownership of the sales process and community management
  • Participate in a 1-week training program to learn the business, develop pitch strategies, and refine sales skills

Benefits
