Requirements

  • Experience: 4–5 years in a BDR role, preferably in SaaS, software development, or tech services. Proven track record of lead generation and closing or advancing complex sales cycles
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication. Able to present and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences in a compelling way
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Agile SDLC, software development workflows, and technologies like mobile apps, cloud, Flutter, AI/LLM at a business level
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM and lead generation tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, research, and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Client Qualification: Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs, timelines, and fit for our services
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and demos to communicate the value proposition
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM to track lead status, calls, and follow-ups
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align outreach with current offerings and capabilities
  • Closing & Handoffs: Help move leads through the funnel toward closing or smoothly hand off qualified leads to senior sales or technical leads
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends in software development, AI/LLMs, Flutter, cross-platform tools, and cloud technologies to speak knowledgeably to prospects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales Skills: Skilled at soft-selling, persistent follow-ups, consultative discovery, and objection handling
  • Leadership & Initiative: Experience implementing sales or business development processes from scratch, with the ability to lead initiatives and inspire others
  • Self-Driven: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and manage a dynamic workload
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt to emerging technologies, and use AI to boost productivity and insights
  • Tech Fluency: Able to communicate complex technology concepts (like cloud, mobile, AI, LLMs) in business terms that resonate with decision-makers
