Business Development Representative

Summary

The job description is for a Business Development Representative at Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform. The role involves engaging prospects, collaborating with the business development team, achieving sales goals, and promoting the company's mission. Fluent Spanish is required, and experience in outbound sales is mandatory.

Requirements

• A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals
• Tenacious and goal-oriented - a plus if you have proven experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management
• Self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization
• Coach-able as well as a visionary
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of absorbing data to create analytically based strategies
• Native/Fluent Spanish is a must!
• Intermediated English is a differential (mainly reading and writing, as we are part of a global business unit)
• Thinks outside the box and tries to solve complex problems by coming up with new and different solutions

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects and identify clients to contact via phone, e-mail, and other creative channels
• Collaborate with the business development team and educate them on the details of opportunities
• Manage expectations and overcome objections
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
• Demonstrate the value of Gympass by educating companies on the importance of our company's mission
