Join Hyperproof's growing Sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR)! You will be instrumental in driving demand generation through various channels, setting qualified meetings for Account Executives. This role involves creative lead generation, building a robust sales pipeline, and understanding customer needs. You will manage your pipeline in Salesforce, contribute to process optimization, and achieve weekly/monthly metrics. Success will be measured by your ability to describe the product, secure SQLs, and embody Hyperproof's core values. Responsibilities
- Be creative with your lead generation style as you hunt for new accounts
- Build a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via email, cold calling, and social selling
- Gain tremendous business knowledge by understanding how our potential customer's businesses work, how their leadership is structured, and how we can solve their everyday pains
- Confidently overcome objections that come with prospecting and calling head-on, and use your training and knowledge to relay Hyperproofβs value proposition to decision-makers
- Manage and track your pipeline information in Salesforce
- Help the team continuously improve and optimize our process, training, use of technology, and other applicable aspects of our business

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and Linkedin Navigator
- 2-3+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in an accredited university or college
