  • Participate in training programs to learn about Ivanti's sales methodology and tools
  • Shadow experienced Business Development Representatives to observe and learn effective outreach strategies
  • Understand the sales process and pipeline management in Salesforce, Outreach, and 6th Sense
  • Begin making phone calls and sending emails to prospects to schedule meetings for Sales Specialists and Account Managers
  • Develop an understanding of the different types of meetings required for different prospect needs (Awareness Light, Awareness, Pipeline Generation, Pipeline Acceleration)
  • Build rapport with the marketing team to follow up on marketing campaigns and coordinate outreach efforts
  • Consistently maintain activity in "Outreach" to exceed commissionable metrics for meetings and bookings
  • Continuously refine and improve outreach strategies based on feedback and results
  • Develop a strong understanding of customers' buying behaviors and use this knowledge to effectively target prospects
  • Qualify prospects thoroughly and provide all relevant information to the sales team in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with assigned POD leaders/sales specialists to prospect new and existing named accounts
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen in managing potentially difficult situations during outreach
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance sales skills
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for meetings and bookings on a consistent basis
  • Master contact management in Salesforce, Outreach, and 6th Sense
  • Develop a deep understanding of Ivanti's products and solutions to effectively communicate value to prospects
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to generate, accelerate, and close opportunities
  • Show continuous growth and improvement in sales performance
