Business Development Representative

Summary

Join Lingoda, a rapidly growing online language school, as a Business Development Representative! Based in Berlin or remotely in Germany, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our client base in the healthcare sector. Your responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, participating in events, and maintaining client relationships. Requirements

• Completed commercial or nursing training and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in sales. Alternatively, you have completed a comparable course of studies
• Excellent communication skills with very good German (C2 level) and good English skills (B2+) in spoken and written form
• High level of service and customer relationship skills
• Confident handling or ability to quickly learn CRM tools, e.g., HubSpot
• Structured working method, a high degree of initiative, and pronounced teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our customer base in the healthcare sector as the face of Lingoda and our B2B initiative
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying potential customers and initial contact to lead qualification
• Participate in events and trade shows, assisting with preparation, organization, and technical setup
• Serve as the primary contact person for customers and partners – before, during, and after events
• Identify new business opportunities for Lingoda through market analysis and innovative ideas
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure business growth and success
• Maintain data and reporting to facilitate better business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interacting with customers, preferably in the B2B sector
• Experience in the healthcare sector
• Ability to maintain overview and prioritize effectively even in stressful situations
