Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent, professional English communication skills
- Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly
- Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills
Responsibilities
- Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses
- Build rapport with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals
- Track your metrics and iterate fast to exceed conversion benchmarks
- Maintain clean and detailed records in our CRM
- Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Preferred Qualifications
A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus
