Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales or BDR (SaaS, design, or creative services is a plus)
  • Fluent or near-native English (written and spoken)
  • Proven success in cold outreach, consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable making high-volume cold calls daily
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a remote environment
  • Independent yet collaborative, able to contribute to an international team

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts, with a strong focus on cold calling and cold emails, to generate qualified leads
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and position ManyPixels as the ideal design solution
  • Conduct discovery calls to convert prospects into customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversions
  • Keep CRM records updated and track key metrics
  • Continuously refine sales techniques and adapt to market trends

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRMs (we use HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a plus
