Join Multiplier's dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to the company's rapid growth. You will proactively build a sales pipeline, consistently meet targets by qualifying leads and executing outbound sales activities, and leverage sales tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, SalesLoft, and Salesforce. This hunter role requires a minimum of one year of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS, exceeding targets, and a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. Requirements
- Min 1 year as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS
- Min 1 year exceeding targets

Responsibilities
- Proactively build pipeline for our sales reps to close
- Consistently deliver on SQL targets by qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound sales activities, within your target geos and ideal customer profiles
- Leverage our tech stack (ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Salesforce) to reach prospects
- Deliver a minimum of 100 sequenced emails and 50 direct contacts per day
- Schedule 10-20 demos per month
- Help to recruit top talent through interviews, panels, and onboarding
- Act as a brand evangelist, promoting Multiplier at relevant industry events on behalf of the greater business
