Requirements

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and well-spoken demeanor
• Previous experience in customer service is required
• Sales experience is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses to gauge interest in janitorial services and set appointments
• Schedule janitorial service appointments with customers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded
• Escalate customers needing more detailed information to the appropriate manager or department
• Provide follow-up support to confirm appointments and ensure customer needs are met
• Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
• Identify and generate new leads through various prospecting methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Familiarity with the janitorial or service industry is a plus
• Experience working with CRM systems and digital communication tools
